Adobe Acrobat

Adobe Acrobat has become so widely used that it is important to keep up with all that PDFs have to offer. Over the past few years, I have become pretty familiar with the different PDF saving presets (high quality print, press quality, smallest file size, and illustrator default).

I am not as familiar with the different kinds of commenting and mark-up tools that Acrobat has to offer. Jamie Brodbeck and Mandy Lattin presented a lot of helpful information about commenting and editing PDF files a few weeks ago.

One of the things Acrobat has changed and improved is the way you can combine multiple files into one PDF document. One of the more exciting things is being able to create a portfolio that is made up of multiple files.

Having a well-rounded understanding of Adobe Acrobat is probably pretty essential to anyone in the workplace today.
